Reduced Tech Stack

A “tech stack” is the group of software solutions a business owner uses to run their business. In 2025 I had different software for sending engagement letters, processing payments, scheduling appointments, sending organizers, tracking tax prep progress, creating the final tax returns, and creating the final PDFs you receive of your tax returns.

Truss enables me to cut out several of these solutions, and best of all, most of what your interactions with me will all be in one place.

Easy File Upload

Truss allows easy file uploads with the following link. (You can also click the button below my email signature.)

You no longer have to log into your account and remember passwords! Just fill in your email and I’ll get your files.

And when you want to sign in, Truss sends you a log-in link to your email so you don’t have to remember a password. No password problems here!

Task Lists Available!

Truss works via “projects,” or “tasks,” meaning you’ll have a “to-do” list available to you. This will include signing my engagement letter, paying my first-hour deposit (with a link to my payment processor, CPA Charge), and an organizer based on your prior-year return (for returning clients).

I’ll list missing items while I’m working on your return, and you’ll get email notifications. Easy!
